Itinerary

Scenic drive along about 1% of the gorgeous Road to Hana: we travel around 60 minutes along a quiet, uncrowded stretch of east Maui known for its towering bamboo, wild ginger, and serene valley views. Along the way, I share local insights, culture, and the backstories behind the landscapes.

Arrive at the hidden trailhead (secret location): we pull up to a discreet spot known only to locals. No crowds, no tour buses — just a peaceful jungle entrance tucked away from the usual tourist paths.

Guided hike through tropical forest: a moderately easy trail leads us through lush greenery, natural rock pathways, and the sound of distant water. Depending on conditions, we may see native forest plants, freshwater streams, and tropical birds.
